Return Policy Details
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Proof of purchase is required

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and your RMA number.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Package your return securely and include the RMA number visible on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Embellished collection items (due to delicate detailing)
- All Bodycon collection items
- Final sale items marked as such during promotions
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
International Returns
For our global fashionistas, international returns follow the same process but may take longer for transit. Duties and taxes for original shipments are non-refundable.
